About the app

TRU 1% is a performance intelligence platform for athletes. It brings together your training, race results and debriefs to give you coaching insights.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Keep your login details private.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse data from connected services.
• Don't try to access other users' accounts or data.
• Don't interfere with or disrupt the app.

Third-party services

When you connect Strava or Google, their own terms also apply to your use of those services.

No guarantees

The app provides training insights and analysis, but it does not guarantee athletic results. It does not replace professional coaching or medical advice. You are responsible for how you train.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app and ask us to close your account at any time. We may also suspend or close an account at any time, for example if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].
